Dont know if anyone would be on my side to this sugestion, but in my opinion, it whould be great to have a "Pop up" or somthing before pepole could send messages for first time showing the "Rules of the Chat" or channel. I know is not my problem if pepole doesn't read ABOUT section of a channel, but it would look less radical if me or my mods insta-ban breakrulers after they "accepted" any kind of rules or "guidelines". Well, thats it... Dont know if anyone else has this "issue".
