If this gets implemented, it'll be a pretty unique feature. As far as I know, only facebook has this feature since it's like a page but Twitch, Dlive and Mixer doesn't have it yet.I think a pinned comment on your streams would be a great idea. It can be a meme, an announcement, a note, etc.
