Stickers - Stickers tend to drown some people talking in chat, It could use a sticker specific mute, timeout, which these would time/mute them out on the feature if being abused, along with a slowmode for just stickers exclusively.A viewer list should be added to show and make it easier to mute/timeout a user.A report user button should also be added to report someone breaking the rules in chats.Streamers should have the option to allow Moderators to put URLS.
