It would be good if streamers could add handles to a channel wide "whitelist" which would enable those handles to perform certain tasks such as add links to the chat or avoid timeouts, delays etc etc. This whitelist could then be used to determine the authenticity of a handle if the lists were collated site wide.As it stand, unless streamers know people IRL there is zero way to validate who someone in the chat is.
